Deze stond al een paar jaar op mijn lijstje om te schrijven. Eindelijk heb ik de tijd genomen om dit te realiseren. Een aantal jaar geleden mediteerde ik veel op dit soort dingen. Naast mijn voeding- en leefstijlbusiness, drie management assistent opdrachten, mijn gezin en mijn ochtendrituelen. Dus ik was lekker bezig. Inmiddels heb ik wat gas terug genomen en dat bevalt goed.
Het is misschien wat anders dan standaard, toch vind ik dit heel fijn. Het voelt aan alsof je invloed kunt uitoefenen op je verleden en je toekomst. En het is heel waardevol om wijze lessen op je levenspad tegen te komen. Dit is zo anders en daarom wekte het mijn interesse.
Deze tekst heb ik met toestemming van Brian Scott overgenomen uit zijn meditatie. Uiteraard geldt dat je voor gezondheidsadvies naar je huisarts/ behandelend arts gaat. Hijzelf heeft het over kanker. "Today I have a wonderfully different meditation for you. The goal and focus of this meditation is to focus on quantum codes and grabovoi numbers this is two systems that utilize numbers to identify energies or ideas that can bring things into your life very very powerful. I have started using quantum codes couple of years ago in my paintings. And I found incredible success with it. The idea is there are combinations of numbers that can be identified with different ideas. For instance there may be a combination of numbers for abundance, a combination of numbers to cure cancer, a combination of numbers to reduce fear The idea is that somebody else has locked this in.
It is used in remote viewing. For many systems of remote viewing they will give you a number code in order for you not to be influenced by the things you are viewing and the number code will link you to whatever you want to remote view.
These numbers are linked to unique modalities that allow you to heal, find prosperity find love. So what I wanted to do is create a meditation tht utilizing these numbers om meditative space. So you can focus on these numbers take you through a number of different combinations of numbers. Using both grabovoi codes and quantum codes.
The grabovoi codes are developed by Cory Grabovoi. He has a number of books. There are number sequences created by doctors Grabovoi. That create a frequency at the vibratory and energetic level to positively affect situations and structures that are part of our lives and by focusing on the number series which we will choose will you get e amazing results.
These numbers generate a vibratory and energetic frequency numbers which helps positively affect any situation experienced by humans. The quantum codes are very very fascinating, there are divine healing codes on a quantum tool used for healing. In other words they change reality on a quantum level.
The basic premise of a divine healing code is that numbers are nature's way of communicating. That everything can be explained with numbers. For example the Fibonacci sequence of numbers is a geometrical proportion that is found everywhere in nature from how flowers grow to the shape of the universe. The Fibonacci sequence goes as follows: 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89 1 44 and etc. Each number is the sum of the previous two. This series of numbers is known as the Fibonacci numbers or Fibonacci sequence.
The ratio between the numbers 1.618034 is frequently called the Golden Ratio or golden number.
And this sequence appears in nature often enough to prove that it reflects some naturally occurring patterns. If you were to look at the seeds in the center of the sunflower you would see that it appears as spiral patterns curving left and right.
And if you were to count these spirals your total will always be a Fibonacci number. So what I found is this document that is called the quantum healing codes. This was developed using an expert in Reiki. These codes are not intended to diagnose or treat or cure any diseases. If you're under a doctors care keep on going with that. I'm not saying to stop. As if explained in the document they are a gift from spirit and are to be used for free and freely shared.
So I am gonna take you through some general number sequences. In this meditation after taking you into a deeply meditative state. I want you to focus on the numbers focus on the numbers linking to the frequency and vibration. Of this number sequence. Please report back if you do have success. Find a place to escape from the outside world. Relax. Let go of any tensions you might be feeling in your body. If you are ready and comfortable you can close your eyes, and take a deep conscious breath. Breathing in through your nose holding it for a moment, exhaling, slowing down your breath. Feeling cooling air into your body with each breath. Relax. Continue to feel the relaxing air as you breath in slowly. Slowing down your breath.
The best place to focus on these codes is within the heart. Breath in to the heart. Bring up an emotion of gratitude or joy when you focus on your heart. You might place your hand on your heart. Slowing down your breath to six seconds in and six seconds out. Breath in and breath out. Continue to slow breathing for a few moments.
As you sit there, you begin to relax even more. Feeling this relaxation in your feet, the soles of your feet, your toes. Attendance, bones in your feet. Moving up to your ankles, your achilles tendon, your calves and shins. Letting go of any tension going up to your knees, relaxing your thighs quadriceps, going up to your seat relaxing your groin, your hips, your perineum. Letting this relaxation flow through all your organs. Each breath. Relaxing your chest, your shoulders and your arms, down through your back. Lower back. Your body relaxing even more. Going up to your neck and all the muscles in your neck. Feel this relaxation spread even more. Through your face, around your eyes.
Your tongue, sit in relaxation. Let go. Just be. Effortless awareness.

For the purposes of this meditation, see the number sequences in your mind as you meditate. Insert them into a silver white sphere You can always come back to this and write down these number sequences to use it anytime. And paste them on walls and mirrors. As you listening to it in this meditation see the number sequence into a white sphere and focus on whatever the topic is that we are discussing.
